Job Description:

    The Foundation for Senior Living Home Health Agency is currently hiring Occupational Therapists on a per diem basis.

    The current need is especially in the areas of Sun City, Litchfield Park, Avondale and Surprise.

    -- Preferred: at least one year of home health care experience with seniors and/or adults with disabilities.
