A program of the Foundation
for Senior Living, Phoenix Adult Day Health Services
offers therapeutic recreation, social services, and medical
monitoring to seniors with Alzheimer's disease or dementia,
stroke survivors, or individuals who simply cannot stay
alone at home during the day. Phoenix ADHS also offers
a separate program for young adults, 18 or older, with
traumatic brain injuries or other disabilities.
Phoenix Adult Day Health Services is
located in the Monsignor Edward J. Ryle Life Center.
Opened in August 2008, it is the harmonic merger of FSL’s
Central Phoenix and South Mountain Adult Day Health Service
Centers, bringing together over 30 years of service in
Adult Day Services.
