Services that Help Seniors Remain in Their Own Homes

For Seniors, as for all of us, few things are more important than a sense of dignity and independence. But when daily tasks become too difficult, it may be hard to maintain the familiar pleasures of home.

And that's where we can help.

Home Care is a program of the Foundation for Senior Living, one of the State's largest non-profit organizations. Reliable home care services are available in La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave and Yavapai Counties. Our caring professionals bring hope and help to Seniors who need assistance with the activities of daily living.

Like all of us at the Foundation for Senior Living, our Home Care Aides care deeply about the well-being of their clients. Our Aides work as a team with Case Managers, Family Members, and the Home Care Client, enabling independence and the ability to remain at home.

Dedicated Caregivers Provide Housekeeping and Personal Chores.

Our Home Care Aides offer a variety of services, including housekeeping, chore services and personal care assistance.

Housekeeping services range from mopping, dusting and vacuuming to making beds, doing the laundry, shopping, and errands.

Chore services include heavier housekeeping duties, like cleaning ovens, windows and closets.

Personal care assistance includes bathing, meal preparation, and grooming.In La Paz, Mohave and Yavapai Counties, Home Care services also include visiting nurses. (In Maricopa County, in-home health visits are provided by our Home Health Care program.)

Home Care services are available to all Seniors, with or without financial resources. For low income individuals, services must be accessed through a funding source referral like SAIL or ALTCS.
