The Catholic Outreach Center is a well-established program of the Foundation
for Senior Living. Its caring professionals strive to help people to maintain
their independence and remain where they are happiest, in their own homes.
In partnership with the Catholic Parishes of the Sun Cities / Surprise area,
The Catholic Outreach Center offers a wide range of programs that address the
emotional, physical, social, and spiritual needs of the whole person.

- Couples Counseling
- Individual, Group, and Family Counseling
- Care Management
- Parish Nursing
- Health and Wellness Programs
- Support Groups
- Volunteer Opportunities for Ministry
and Outreach including:
- Transportation
- Friendly Visits
- Respite
- Business Assistance
- Handyman Services
Open to everyone in the community, The Catholic Outreach
Center provides compassionate support, especially for seniors
facing age-related challenges such as isolation, loss,
grief and personal health needs. For Catholics, this can
provide a positive way to reconnect with their faith and
the Catholic community.
For those who are non-Catholic, our staff seeks to understand
and use each person's spiritual orientation to promote
healing and facilitate full participation in life.
The Catholic Outreach Center is open daily, Monday-Friday
8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Services are offered at little or no cost to parishioners
of participating Parishes. For others, we offer assistance
at reasonable fees.
