The
Caring Place A Place of Healing and Compassion
Faith-based communities have always
excelled at bringing compassionate and spirit-filled care
to their members. Seniors and adults with special needs
have reason to hope for a greater than usual level of receptiveness
from their faith organizations.
To help prove this true, the Foundation for Senior Living
originated a partnership, called The Caring Place, with
two parishes of the Northeast Valley - the Community of the
Blessed Sacrament and St. Patrick Catholic Community.
The Caring Place offers physical, social, emotional and spiritual
support in a caring and healing environment. Professional
services include:
Individual and Couple Counseling
Resource and Referral,
Personal and Health Care Services.
Care Management
Community networking, reliance
on local volunteer groups and the extensive services
available through the Foundation for Senior Living are
the hallmarks of The Caring Place’s success.
Open to all faith-based organizations in the Northeast Valley,
The Caring Place anticipates welcoming additional Catholic
parishes and other faith communities to its partnership.
