Chief of Community Engagement
As Chief of Community Engagement, Megan is responsible for creating innovative strategies that will build brand identity leading to increased awareness, fundraising revenue, relevance and respect among FSL’s target audience for all programs and service lines. She will develop and execute a long-range plan to assure the financial sustainability of the organization including the expansion of the individual donor base, cultivation of major donors, foundation grants, and government sub-contracts. With a bachelor’s degree in communications, Megan has directed the marketing and communications efforts for both for-profit and non-profit health and social service organizations for the past 20 years. She supervises the fund development team, oversees the volunteer program, and leads the organization’s marketing, advertising, communications, and outreach efforts.
“At a young age, I developed a passion for working with seniors,” explains Megan. “I’ve devoted my career to ensuring that we all have the opportunity to age with dignity.”
