November is National Family Caregiver Month

Thank you partners and attendees!

Saturday, November 4, 2017 was FSL's third annual Family Caregiver Open House.

Family caregivers learned about resources available to them while also relaxing and taking time for themselves. Free Respite Care was provided by certified Direct Care Workers and loved ones participated in meaningful activities during the event, including a “Reminiscing” activity and take-home treats preparation.

Between presentations family caregivers were offered a free lunch, compliments of Enterprise Fleet Management. The lunch was followed by a healthy and delicious dessert prepared by our Chef Christina, which attendees learned how to make during her demo. Attendees also enjoyed FREE massages and acupressure sessions throughout the day.
