A Safe Home

We provide affordable housing for individuals and families in Arizona, we operate residential behavioral health group homes, and we train and monitor sponsors of the Adult Foster Care and Adult Behavioral Health Therapeutic Home programs.

Health &
Wellness

We enhance independence for Arizonans age 3 to 103 with our home- and community-based services, including adult day health, home care and home health care services.

Caregiver
Support

Each year, we provide education, community resources, and hands-on assistance to family caregivers in need of support throughout Arizona.

Nutritious Meals

Our three food pantries provide 375,000 pounds of food to needy families in Peoria and Wickenburg. We also serve or deliver almost 800 meals to Arizonans every day.
