Mercy Care Advantage Wellness Program
For over 10 years, FSL has been providing an individualized Wellness Program for Mercy Care Advantage Members throughout Santa Cruz, Maricopa and Pima counties. Through personalized one-on-one learning the FSL Wellness team provides real-life education, skills and support as well as over-the phone consultations.
Our goal is to accommodate the member’s comfort and needs. This comprehensive wellness program is focused on four main areas of need including Nutrition Education, Diabetes Education and Prevention Strategies, an Exercise Program and Smoking Cessation. Since the program provides a person centered care approach to learning, the program has helped many members achieve success. Let us see how we can help you. Physical Activity to Keep Your Heart Healthy
With over 20 participating locations in Pima and Maricopa Counties, we offer participants a one month unlimited exercise programs. We have classes at all levels from water aerobics to chair exercises. With ongoing commitment to your health we would love to provide regular healthy living and fitness options for you in efforts to have a positive impact for your overall health. Quit Smoking With a Quit Coach
Smoking is one of those lose-lose habits, and it can be tough to quit. We have a Quit Coach available for guidance over the phone from Monday to Friday. Additionally, you’ll have access to online materials and support 24/7. The Quit Coach can also point you towards free nicotine gum or patches. We’ll help you manage your stress and cravings and even help you with relaxation techniques.

Nutrition Is Key to Longevity and Recovery
Receive specialized one-on-one attention with an engaging Registered Dietitian who will customize your nutritional learning, help you develop own personal goals to achieve success. With thoughtful and helpful techniques for menu ideas, meal planning and making healthy choices within your budget we would love to be a part of your lifestyle journey.

Diabetes Education and Preventative Program
Our Diabetic Educator delivers a comprehensive program that focuses on our prevention methods as well as tools for maintaining health with diabetes. Our program focuses on the A, B, C’s of Diabetes Education: A1C’s, Blood Pressure and Cholesterol. Let us help you take charge by providing you with a guide and detailed explanation about diabetes management. We care about your success and will work closely with you to explain very common yet often incorrect assumptions about diabetes including its causes and alarming complications.
